Excel was working until i went to open a previous file and now it is coming up with unable to read file. this is the same for office word, so I am under the impression that there is something wrong with my microsoft office program

User got this error after Office 2003 SP2. When he opens excel the first error is object library not registered. second error is One of your object libraries (|) is missing or damaged.

Sorry for the crossposting, but this seems to be an error in the application to me. Below are 75 numbers in a single column. Excel tells me the number 1 is the mode. Using countif, I get a frequency of 4 (I think that's right).
