When trying to introduce colour into an excel spreadsheet by changing font
colour or  filling in with colour, it doesn't show on the screen. However, it
does show in a print preview or a print out.

There are files that always cause Excel 2000 to crash whenever I try to open
them.  The files all share one thing in common: they make reference to one or
more external workbooks.
Does anyone know the cause of this error and how it can be prevented?  Is

We have this problem when we try to link another spreadsheet using excel
2003. What happen was when we open a spreadsheet which has a link to another
file using "SUMIF", "COUNTIF", "COUNTBLANK" it appears on the cell as #
VALUE. we would like to know whether this is an excel bug ...

   When I create a new worksheet, input some data and Click on Print
Preview, Excel crash and close.
 Office XP running with SP3.
  Could somebdy tell me why??

For some reason whenever I try to record a new macro, I am getting the error
message "Unable to record".  I have never gotten this before.  Has anyone
else seen this, and possibly know what's wrong?

I have a document that i was working on with a substantial amount of content
in.  Now when I open the file to view/work on it, the document is blank.  It
is a 14k file, so it seems like there is something there, i just can't figure
out how to find it.  Any ideas?

I am having a problem.  I have a worksheet and I try to link it to another
worksheet within the same workbook.  The data will copy (link) fine, but all
the cells that were "blank" now have zeros in them.
If I try to link an entire worksheet (not just specific columns) it fills

my microsoft office is locked what should i do?

Last week I added a true/false formula to show if work was completed within
time frame and first the task bar was not calculating.  I saw someone else

We created a model (14,564 KB) using Excel 2000.  When we upgraded to Excel
2003 we found we cannot open the model in Excel 2003 without getting an error
message, followed by Excel 2003 crashing.  Our quick fix was to reinstall our
Excel 2000 and continue using it when we work on ...

When I print an Excel spreadsheet the row numbers and the column alpha
characters make the sheet look clutered and confusing.  I would like to hide
them so that only the row numbers that I create are visible.

We have a user that gets the following error whenever she exits out of Excel
