Excel only flashes up when trying to open it.  Double-clicking a file gets
the following message: Cannot find the file "filename" (or one of its
components).  Make sure the path and filename are correct and that all
required libraries are available.

Okay - Excel stopped working - everything else works (Powerpoint, outlook and
word), yet Excel won't open.  it makes a noise and the loading screen very
briefly pops up but it goes away.

Dear Sir,
I have downloaded and installed Beta 2 Technical Refresh on 5.10.2006.
Surprisingly I could not open any file previously I saved using MS Office
2007 (Beta 1). This involved files of MS Excel and MS Word. The error message
