I have a rather large spreadsheet using nearly all columns.  It has many rows
of data with text headings at the top of the data columns.  (There are just a
few rows above that for "report title" types of content.)
Along the way, somehow Excel lost track of the formatting.  ...

I want to know how to correct for this error message:  "Excel cannot complete
this task with available resources.   Choose less data or close other
applications."

When using excel and word my pointer has turned into a sold black square.
