I am having a problem opening my excel. When I go to open it, a message box
comes up saying that Microsoft Office 2003 is installing and after it has
gone through all the downloading another message box comes up saying that

Why does an integer entered in the cell divide by 10?02 Nov 2006 12:35 GMT1
Within the spreedsheet aplication on entering an integer eg 56789 the entry
automatically divides by 10 eg 5678.9
Despite formating the cell to 'Number' 0 decimal places the error remains.
The cell has no generic 'Function' application.
Name Box (Drop Down Box) - Excel Crashes02 Nov 2006 00:25 GMT7
I am using Excel 2003 wth SP2 from the Office Suite  Pro Package.  I am
trying to use the NAME Box in the Forumula bar.  I can create a NAME range,
but when I attempt to select a NAME range by clicking on the drop down arrow,
my excel crashes on me.

We recently changed the access rights for users on their local box.  They
were local admins before but now they only have Power Users access rights.
Upon implementing this change, they are unable to run or execute the VB
