MS Excel 2000 - how do I delete links that I don't need?

the links are no longer needed.  how do i delete them?

Please uninstall the XL Navigator immediately!
I cannot find any info on the error.  We have not installed anything special

I get the error cannot shift objects off sheet when trying to insert blank
rows in a spreadsheet. Any idea what this means?
