I need to e-mail a file that refers to Excel data.  In my Word file, I have
embedded the Excel file as an Excel object that displays as icon.  (No link
to original file.)

Since yesterday, excel (2003) started crashing sort of randomly. I

The subject line appears every time I open Excel 2007. I have 2 choices "OK"
and the spreadsheet opens seemingly without a problem or help, in which case

I am puzzled because for no apparent reason the following message is
displayed when I click on SOME "help links":
This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer. Please contact your system administrator."

I wonder why my post has been removed? Because I was suggesting that Excel
2003 has an issue? Well, I haven't found a solution anywhere for the Document
Not Saved error. What does this tell me? There is no solution? Maybe there
will be a solution with the next service pack???

Most recently used file list: I have checked the box under
Tools\Options\General, and this list works, except that when I reboot the
machine the list is emptied.

I have code to copy an existing worksheet, paste and (re)name it.  I now
