I just installed Excel 2007. For some reason I am unable to select nonadjacent cells using the mouse and holding down the Ctrl key (the same process I have used in older versions of Excel). I've searched other areas, but I haven't seen this issue pop up before. Any suggestions?

I have Windows 98 OS and Excel 97. I am getting "VBAEN.OLB library damaged or missing" when I stert Excel. The original disks cannot be found to re-install. I have ensured this file is in the SYSTEM folder, but it still occurs. I can run Excel, but no macros. Is there a fix?

About half the time when I launch Excel, rather than getting the standard Excel window I get a window the correct size but with only the status bar along the top edge of the window. The rest of the window is blue and useless. The only thing to do at this point is to Alt+F+X out ...

User has Excel 2000 User has workbook with about a dozen worksheets in it. The book crashes when she attempts to apply color to cells. Sounds like a corrupt document to me. She sent to me and it works fine in Excel 2002.

Each time I run Excel 2007 on Windows Vista, an error window would pop up with the word 'stdole32.tlb'. When I click the 'OK' button, Excel goes into re-installation. I've done an internet search, and realised that this is a common problem.

I am VERY new to pivot tables. When I try to get data from Access database, I find the file I want, and then in the query wizard part there are several available starting with TMPCLP. What is this? They seem to be dups of other available tables but why is this happening??

I recently began having a randomly occuring issue where after saving a workbook, when I go to open it some time later (hours/days/whenever) all of the cells which were not explicitly changed from General format to something else have now become Date format.
