cell shading doesn't appear on monitor30 Dec 2007 18:38 GMT3
when I fill in a cell with a color or change the color of characters, these
changes do not appear on my monitor, but do show up when I print the
spreadsheet.  I've used various monitors and this doesn't seem to matter.  I
have a new Dell latitude D630 and running vista and excel ...

I am trying to combine two excel workbooks and when I move or copy certain
pages, I get an error that states "too many cell formats".  How can this be
resolved?

I get this message when I load Excel stating that the file I am trying to
open Excelint.exe is in a different format than the file extension. Verify
where it came from.... do you still want to open it?
Any ideas what this is about, what the implications are and how I can fix it??

After about 6 months I haven't found a solution to this:
I can't save any Office 2007 documents (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) on a folder
on a 2000 Windows Server based network with the option "Save" or "Save As..."
from my PC with Windows Vista Business.

I am using a spreadsheet that was set up by someone else. Everytime I open
the file (or one associated with it) I get and error that reads "Cannot find
"G:\JAB\FORMS\GENREL.XLM'!Auto_Open, which as been assigned to reun eachtime

procedure which is generating the error "invalid qualifier".
   Saskour20per.Value = (saskour20 / sask20)

Hello,
My question is regarding formatting dates in Excel 2000. I often download a
spreadsheet with a date column in the format 12/20/2007. This column
downloads in General format and I can format it as Date. However, I cannot
end of columns on a report- delete beyond column J22 Dec 2007 12:28 GMT1
excell report has columns A-J, problem now is report thinks I have added

Having problems with Excel that's new to me - i'll start a new workbook but
will find cells that have embedded email addresses of my vendors.  I can't
tell that these addresses are there until I go to that cell, and it opens up
outlook!

Excel 2000 opened with an almost totally white screen this evening.  On the
third attempt it opened normally.  Can anyone tell me if Excel 2000, or
Office 2000, has a problem with Windows Vista?  Office is so expensive to buy
that I'm not really prepared to upgrade.   Connie

Using Excel 2007, writing a macro and trying to debug it. When any run-time
error occurs and I dismiss it, the macro instantly stops. I used to be able
to see the problem code line highlighted in yellow, fix the problem, and
resume stepping through the macro. It did not happen ...
