I have to calculate the week number for a given date but the catch is the week has to work from FRIDAY to THURSDAY. Using the WEEKNUM function is great for a Sunday or Monday start. Is there a simple solution??

I'd like to round the answer in an elapsed time field to the nearest 15 minutes. i.e. Total elapsed time = 25:11 should read 25:15 and 25:07 should read 25:00 after rounding.
