User workbooks are password protected.  When I open my master w/b I a

WHY IS IT THAT WHEN DELETING INFORMATION IN A SHEET, THE
SIZE OF THE DOCUMENT DOES NOT GET REDEUCED?

I have set a file password on the excel file. Unfortunately, I have forgotten it. Is there any way to know the password or disable this function

Is there a formula that will not update a date to the
current date?
In other words, yesterday I entered a date using a
formula say Today(). Today I do not want that date

I do not want Excel to "finish" a word I start to type.
For example:  If I begin to type the name 'Allison', after
I type 'Al', Excel fills in 'fred' because I had previously
typed the name 'Alfred'.

I want to add times as a value.  I make a list of songs
and the time of each song.  I want to know how much time
each list of songs will fill.  How can I add minutes and
seconds and come up with total minutes and seconds.

I am trying to get the average number of days required to
complete a project.  The following chart is what the data
with the Average column what I need automated:
    "Not to exceed" number of days for project

For some reason I can only get this to work in a simple SUM function and
not in my lengthier versions.
