I have excel 2000. I am trying to count the number of
times the word "good" appears in a selected range. I am

years and months.  When i use a regular formula I get an
answer (eg  40.8) but this is 40 years and 8/10 months,
what I need is years and months exactly.

I'm not exactly sure where to start with this formula.  Everything I have came up with hasn't worked.
I have a column to represent each day of the month.  Within those columns is different values for each day.  Those fields are populated by a lookup function.  So it does result in ...
