I am trying to get data to sort so that when I sort by a column, i
actually moves all the data in the row along with it as though tha
data was anchored to it.

I'm using Excel 2000 and want to use wild cards..  For instance, I'm using
the sumif function and want to put something like
=SUMIF(wslacct,"1100550??20",wsldr)-SUMIF(wslacct,"1100550??20",wslcr)

ok, I have a situation where I have 2 cells on sheet2 that define the
starting and stopping points of a range that I need to reference.  I
need to reference them from another sheet (sheet1).  I cannot however
