I need a spreadsheet "grouping" command to expand and collapse differently
than the normal process seems to allow.
For example: A list of: Year, Quarter, Month, Day (for multiple years).  How
can I group this data to collapse to Years only, Year/Quarter only,

This should be a very simple fix, I'm just not that schooled in excel and its
formulas. I'm tying to enter one number in a cell and it automatically
convert it to another in the same cell.
example:  I'm going from gallons of fuel to weight (lbs). 1 Gal Fuel=6lbs.

My formulas in Excel have suddenly stopped working. I have virus checked and
repaired then reinstalled my Office 2003 but to no avail. Please can anyone

I have a very basic function that looks at 2 sets of numbers and
calculates the difference between the first and second
