I've got two worksheets of identical layout each comprising multiple tables of numerical information. Is there a way I can automatically highlight cells in one worksheet where the corresponding value in the other worksheet is different.

I am working in Excel 2003 and want to be able to put text in a cell with a flag/marker in the cell. When the cell or flag/marker in clicked on a picture would appear similar to the way insert comment block works. I would appreciate any help.

I have a worksheet that is using the sumproduct function based on criteria on another sheet. I need to use the same function in other cells so I am using the fill handle to bring it down, but I want one of the criteria references to change by column, not by row.
