how could I import a text file with comma separated values into excel?

I have a huge spread sheet, in which I need to extract the value from the
cell, which sits right to the lowest value in the whole row. E.g.:
Example row: 2|4|7|3|0.3|10
Expected extract value: 3

I have cells that are different colors ( to represent differnt items).  If i
want to make a fomula that added on the cells that were a certian color, how
would i be able to do that?

Help! I recently discovered an error in my shipping worksheet. I

In any given worksheet, in File -> Properties, there is a Contents tab.  On
this tab is a list of the worksheets within the workbook.  Is there any way
to get a list of these without having to do a manual copy/paste from each
