I have a spreadsheet with three columns of data.  The first column is
labeled "Male", the second is labeled "Female" and the third is "Age".
Each row in the sheet corresponds to a caller.  So if the caller was a
female, we marked a '1' under female and then under 'Age' put the

I really really want to be able to set-up some form of validation that
allows me to select from several symbols to put against the pupils ie.

I need to copy data from a table into a template where both column and row
headers are the same only mixed up. If I do a vlookup, it will match one
column of data but I will have to apply the formula separately to each row
and vice versa. Here's an example of how it looks:

I have 60 000 datapoints in a colum. And I would like to reduce that number
to 3000 by averaging every 20 points. I tried using the average formula but
no success.
