I have a spreadsheet that I use the Subtotal function to total values in Column G based on items in Column A. Column A contain branch names, and column G contains invoice totals for invoice numbers in column B. For example, after performing SUBTOTAL, I get the following results:

Couldnt find the answer with extensive searches: Does the Round function round the number of significant digits stored in a cell, or does it round the number displayed? I believe it to be the latter, but need confirmation.

How do you make a formula that sais that an employee started work at 4am and finished at 1030 am i need the answer to 6.5 hrs. The problem would read say in cell a1 "0400" in cell a2 (1030) and then I want cell 3 to display the amount of hrs as 6.5 not 6.3?
