I would like to calculate the elapsed time in hours of 2 cells with the format dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss. The two cells represent the start and finish time of a job and the elapsed time is 0>x<infinity. Does anybody know how to do this?

I have in colmn 1 dates in sequence and in colmn to 2 I have numbers can someone please tell me a formula for example where I can extract data from colmn 2 for example from the 1st Oct 05 to the 15th Oct 05. Many thanks if you could help me. Paul Maynard

I copied a formula from another workbook and now whenever I open the recieving workbook, it asks if I want to update links or whatever, i did the edit find and can't find any {},[] or even !,, because I had deleted the workbook and sheet reference, in the formula

From a calculation part(formula in a cell) I'm getting a value wuth three decimal places.(ex: 27.874) Now I wanted this result should be displayed in two cells as value befor e the decimal point and in second cell after the decimal point.
