question until now.
Ok, I have 2 worksheets, one being the pretty page that has the total
numbers for each location and each product type over YTD. The 2nd tab

I have a spreadsheet that contains text in one column and then dollar
amounts in the other.  I am looking for a way to search the text and
sum all the dollar amounts that equal the text.  Example:
COLUMN A[/B]          [B]COLUMN B

I have two workbooks with hundreds of cells linked from one to the other.
Each workbook is the 'Source' for the other. One provides a USER interace
INPUT and OUTPUT, and the other does all the calculations.
Both the workbooks were created on my laptop and started of as one file, ...

I have two dates:  1/1/01 & 5/25/04
How can i write a formula that will show the number of months from 1/1/01
thru 5/25/04?  This should show 53.  I don't need days but months.

I am trying to graph a weighted moving average.  I need the graph to
show 12 months of history.  With every new month (column) I add to the
right off the data, I need the graph to drop the month's data from 13
month ago.  I think I am close, but no cigar yet.

Now I need to add this:
Even though this is totaling the days bewtween R24 and U24, if I put a date
in S24 (this would override U24), I want the formula to total the days

to text.
First, I calculate a cell, then change that cell from a formula to a
value.  Then, I want to change the value to a number with 2 digits

dependent on the initial cell value...
i.e. if c2 >= 40.1 and <= 45, then (c2*1) and if c2>= 45.1 and <= 50,
