Using Excel 2003 I have a worksheet where some of the cells are bolded text and the rest are un-bolded text. The text in every un-bolded cell needs to be deleted but there's so many that it takes a very long time to do it manually. Is there a way to automate this process?

This sounds awfully basic, but for the life of me, I can't figure out how to do it. I would like the date at the top of my spreadsheet to reflect the last save date for the file. Isn't there a function that will handle this?
