I have spreadsheet with thousands of records. I need to pull out all records from first coloumn ending with "ic", and have spreadsheet sorted so those records are on the top, or bottom, or create new spreadsheet with searched records and delete them from the old one.

I want to do a lookup function but i don't know how to go by it. I have 2 worksheets. I need for Sheet1 to look for some records in Sheet2. If a record on sheet one finds a matching record on Sheet2, Then the record on Sheet1 would be colored coded in Red.

Is there any way to use the CONCATENATE function so that the text in the cell holding the function will preserve the text colours of the cells which are being concatenated? It seems to me that a cell which contains a formula rather than a constant value cannot contain multiple ...
