I have a spread sheet for tracking employees time and for some days the
fields are displayed correct but in others (using the same format) the hours
are out of whack!
For example:

In sheet1, A1 value = 10, B1 value = 5 (both vary, sum of numbers on another
sheet)
I would like to have another cell (we'll call it Difference) that determines
which is greater (A1 or B1) and if A1 is greater, then color this result in

Hyperlink is not the answer.  I want a cell to have ## in it and then when
clicked on it will pull up the pDF I have saved in a different directory!

The times are split in hours and mins but the total will add upto more than

I have two spreadsheets...one is a tally, the other is a detailed list.

me to enter and save the information, but when I print it, it only prints the
original information.

Imagine I have a range A1:B3 that contains the values A - 1, B - 2, C -
3.  I then enter a letter into cell A5, which is to be looked up in the
array and to return the corresponding number into B5 (=VLOOKUP(A5,
A1:B3, 2, FALSE).

My vlookup statement is not finding values that I can confirm exist in the
array.  The problem has something to do with the format, I assume, because if
I re-key the searched item, it works.  I'm looking up 4-digit numbers
