I have a spread sheet for tracking employees time and for some days the fields are displayed correct but in others (using the same format) the hours are out of whack! For example:

Need to link excel "cell" to a pre saved PDF file?? How do I do this?? Hyperlink is not the answer. I want a cell to have ## in it and then when clicked on it will pull up the pDF I have saved in a different directory!

Imagine I have a range A1:B3 that contains the values A - 1, B - 2, C - 3. I then enter a letter into cell A5, which is to be looked up in the array and to return the corresponding number into B5 (=VLOOKUP(A5, A1:B3, 2, FALSE).
