When I input a # into a cell, even though the cell is not formatted, it
automatically removes two decimal places.  For example if I input the number
2, when I press enter it shows .02, it is not formatted for percentage or for
currency but general number.

I am using Lookup across 2 worksheets.
Where lookup finds a match, the result vector seems to work fine (too many
rows to check them all). However, when no match is found, the result vector
either returns a '1' or (in one instance only) a #N/A error.
