between 0-5)  that 3-5 are used. There are also cells within this colum that
are blank.   Then I need to caluculate the total of times numbers 3-5 are
shown; however, answer must be in a percentage.

I have 2 tables.

I have a protected worksheet with some cells unprotected, and this works
fine till I run a macro to essentally clear some of the unprotected cells.
The cells get cleared but the 'unprotected' cells get locked in the process.
Is there a way round this or am I missing the obvious.

I would like to be able to start typing a name from avery long list and have
excel help me.  If I start with the letter 'A' is shows the choices if I type
an 'R' next it will reduce my choices etc.  Is this possible in excel?

I can't figure out how to count how many occurances fall between two
dates.  For example, how many of the dates in a column are > Jan 01,
2003 and < Jan 01, 2004.  
COUNTIF will count one occurance only, so I think that I have to use
