I have a spreadsheet with data in following format....
ColumnA   ColumnB   ColumnC   ColumnD
date1          1              abc                              

I have forumlas which reference to a lot of cells, eg:
=...A1, ...A1, ... A1+A$2-$A3...
...B1, ...B1, ...B1+B$2-$B3...
... ...

I want to sum a column of numbers, but if the formatting changes in one of
the cells, i.e.: the cell pattern is changed to yellow, then I want to
exclude that cell from the sum. Any ideas?

I have 4 columns on a spreadsheet, which have data on it. Some columns

I'm trying to find a way to automatically show the date a cell is updated.
I'm creating a status report where column A contains text that is updated
frequently. I would like to find a way for column B to show a date of the
most recent update to the column A cell.
