I created a validation list of organizations. In the next column, I want to
build another validation list of people specific to the chosen organization.
How do I do that?

I added the Analysis Toolpak so I could get the =NETWORKDAYS formula.  After
doing so, it still won't work.  Any idea why?

currently I am using this formula =VLOOKUP(E5,Sheet2!A:D,4,FALSE) in one of
my cells. Now when E5 is empty this cell displays N/A#, how can I change it
to either show a symbol such as - or remain empty?
