I have three cells on my worksheet that use dates. The dates that I use are
the last day of the month. I want the first one to be inputed. The third one
I want to be the same as the first, but the second to be the 15th of the
month.

I'm an experienced Excel user - I've recently upgraded machine, which has
meant upgrading from Excel 2000 to Excel 2003.

When Copy and Paste Value, I get numbers in 6 to 7 numbers from decimal
points. Meaning it will post the value for example xx.xxxxxx. Is there a way
that I can paste the value by two decimal points only. Again for example

Trying to get the average of over one hunded times, in hours and minutes
format. Excel says that the Average function will not work for over thirty
data points. It works for other spreadsheets, where I have fewer time points.
