I have three cells on my worksheet that use dates. The dates that I use are the last day of the month. I want the first one to be inputed. The third one I want to be the same as the first, but the second to be the 15th of the month.

When Copy and Paste Value, I get numbers in 6 to 7 numbers from decimal points. Meaning it will post the value for example xx.xxxxxx. Is there a way that I can paste the value by two decimal points only. Again for example xx.xx instead of xx.xxxxxx.

Trying to get the average of over one hunded times, in hours and minutes format. Excel says that the Average function will not work for over thirty data points. It works for other spreadsheets, where I have fewer time points. How do you average more than 30 data points?
