My "problem" seems trivial compared to some - almost embarrassed to ask I want "sum Of" to be the default for a particular pivot table. Is there a way to do this? I don't want to click and change every field - takes too long TIA

When in excel and linking a cell on tab one to say tab 3 within the workbook I have previously been able to double click on the item and the program jumps me to the source cell. Currenlty what happens is that the curser just remains in the cell and awaits edits - perhaps it ...

I have a frequency distribution that counts the occurance of 1, 2, 3 or 4 in column C but for some reason if there is a 0 in a cell it gets counted as a 1. Here is an excerpt from the spreadsheet. Row Col P Col Q Formula in Q3-Q6 =FREQUENCY(C10:C2000,$P$3:$P$6)
