reconcilliation. Both said for Excel 97 or higher. i have Office 2000
installed. To complete the download, it calls for setup of Office 2003, which
I do not have, and for Product number.

how do you link a formula from worksheet with cells from another worksheet
within t he same workbook? tweak this to do both work sheets
worksheet 1= day

I am an excel newbie.
I have a text list of last names that I need to sort by character
length. Not alphabetically, I know how to do that, but by number of
letters in the name.

I want to calculate the percentage difference between actual and goal.  I
have all the months listed, goal, and a % difference formula.  I want the %
difference formula to refer to whatever data is in the month we are presently
in.

Is it possible to write a function that will give me the value/text entered
in column 3 (supplier) when cloumn 2 has the highest number to a different
cell that i can then link to a Word doc. I have tried different functions
without luck.

I cannot find a newsgroup for Word, it this might be applicable to what is
covered in this newsgroup so I'm going to ask this anyways...

I have the formula of
