My data table looks like this:

I want to insert an additional worksheet and the worksheet option under
"insert" is gray.  How can I get access to it in order to add a worksheet?

I've searched the Excel help topics up and down but can't find a concise

Does anyone know of a quick way to sum one cell (for ex. A1) for all
worksheets in the workbook (say there are 10 total + 1 Summary worksheet) on

For some reason that I have not been able to identify, when I try to
select a range of adjacent cells using the Ctrl+Shft+Arrow Key
combination in the Formula Bar, rather than select the range of cells I

I have used the Proper function to get a column of "all upper case" last
names converted to a new column of properly capitalized names (only first
letter capital).  My problem is trying to copy the result column somewhere as
text and not as function results.
