rounding off the last 2 digits

I need to do a formula that if B8 is greater then $5000 then I need B8*2%, if

Trying to imput dates and have excel sort them a/z or z/a in columns

I have a text column in Excel where numbers are stored like 001 or 001a.  
When I save the file as csv, it deletes the leading zeros on the ones that
are like 001.
Any ideas?

i have a 3 columns, K, L and M with values.  at the end of the column im
