I have a calendar that uses Vlookup functions to look up a persons DOB
or other date from a list and displays the persons name if their DOB or
other date coincides with the calendar date. I can't figure out how to
display more than one person in the same cell (merged cells) if they

I am trying to anayze the data from a survey that was handed out to 20 people
and was ranked 1 - 5. Number 1 as being the least need for improvement and 5
being the most need for improvement.  How do I come up with a chart that will

I am able to utilize a logical IF to automatically select the data I want to
show in a cell based on the result of the logical IF statement.  My problem
is that I want to exceed the apparent limit of 7 nested IF's.  The result
must show up in a speciofic cell.

I have a formula thus: =IF(A4=B4,"SAME","DIFFERENT").
However, when I insert a cell above B4, the formula automatically
changes, thus: =IF(A4=B5,"SAME","DIFFERENT")
How do I prevent this from happening?
