What formula will eliminate the cell with #N/A when summing?

I have Excel 2002. There are no disabled items.
Some of my menu commands are not visable, for instance Tools ... Options and
Format ... Sheet ... Hide. (Although i'm able to get at Toopls ... Options
via a button).

Howdy All,
I want to copy info from a row on 1 sheet (sheet name = RAW) to another IF a
date in 1 of 4 columns (RAW Columns G thru J) is the latest date (MAX).
I want to copy the whole row, if the date in that range is the latest.

I am an average user, facing problems in using formulas becouse i do not
know that how which formula should be used for such function and how to use ?
Is there any way I can get formulas and how use it ?

'validation' to work.

I work with lengths, in inches (sometimes 50000 +inches), but need a quick way to convert them into feet and inches.  Here is an example:
a1  144.625      b1 (suma1:a100)
a2  143.875      b2 b1/12                <----------- this would give me 615.9832 feet
