I am looking for a formula to calculate total hours worked, to exclude
lunch, based on the assumption of a 30 min lunch if working 6 hours or more

I am trying to set up an employee on the work sheet. I do not know what to
type under the Tax Status column. Please help

I am sales executive for a bank in UAE.My product is Personal
Loan. I am normally using the Ms Excel worksheet to calculate the monthly
installment for my clients.      
            Sometimes,i have to use my calculator to get the installment.

I am using a countif function in MS Excel. It is counting the instances that
a particular date/ time occurs in a list. The function references the
criteria in an adjacent cell as follows

I have 25 lines of information that have the word "steel" in the
formula.  When I do a find "steel" and replace with "steel div" it only
replaces the first 15 lines.  The remaining lines I get an error
message that says "That name is not valid".

I have a Database in which I keep track of all the toner for my company. I
list each box as it arrives with a number, and record it (1,2,3...345,346,
etc.). When it arrives, I record the date in one column, when I install it in
a machine, I record that date in the next column, ...

I am trying to change the appearance of a hyperlink into a button or a
graphic.  How do I do this?  (I have the hyperlink in my spreadsheet, but I
can't get it to insert into a button)  What should I do?

I have a long list (3 columns wide) and I would like to print in a column
set-up (similar to word).  Does anyone know how to do this or if it can be

Odd question, but I have a file with about 160 images and would like to
link them to an excel file under category tabs example;
People, Nature, Technology etc.
There are 21 main files and within them about 2 - 4 sub files each.

I am trying to create push buttons in Excel.  (Hyperlinks, maybe?)  It is a
button that can be pushed to direct the user to a different worksheet in the
same file.

I would like a macro which will format a selected range of cells to have
capital letters.. any help would be appreciated

For the Love I cannot find the problem. Excel says there are too many
arguments for the function.
