I was wondering if there is a function in Excel that would help me find
patterns in a given set of numbers.  For a very simple instance, the number
set pattern for 3,6,9,12,15,18 is obiviously three.  Thanks.

Currently, I sum up resource invoices by the following statement:

B = resource, AK = invoice is for this year, BK  =invoice $, BL = default
value if no invoice $.

Is it possible to make the sheet write pre-set comments to numbers which
follows specific parameters.

i've created a Excell file and there are atleast 55 worksheet and i've named
them as 1, 2, 3 to 55 etc. but the content of the each worksheet is same
(means data entry field are same in each sheet) its basically a templet for
entering specific information of seperate projects ...

I have a workbook (1 spreadsheet) that is password protected. When I try to
open the workbook, I am promted for a password. I enter it and the workbook
opens without any problems.
The problem starts when I try to change the password.

i need a function to generate either 1 or -1 using randbetween in Exce;

i have dates in a column and in the next column im using the formula
=eomonth(a1,1) and instead of getting the last day of the next month I'm
getting a "#value!" error despite being fairly sure the formula is correct.
Any suggestions?
