What is the best way to calculate the age of a person in number of years,
months, days, given their birth date?
Getting the difference between dates in number of days, and dividing by 365
may not be correct to the exact day given leap years. Is there another way?

I am trying to sum a column ("S") based on fulfilling 2 criteria in 2
other columns (C = A1 AND O = 1, 2, 3...12).  I want to do this in a
formula rather than a DSUM since my criteria changes in 2 different
