I followed the help menu to try to use the countif function, but it just doesn't work out. I used direct copy from the excel help menu, so that the function could not possibly has any typo problem. Can anybody tell me why my countif problem doesn't recognized by office? thx.

I'm working on a cumbesome spreadsheet (not my creation). I'm trying to add a cell to formula (just a sum of numbers) and am getting a "formula too long" message. I've never seen this before. Can I change it and if so, how?

I have a question according the Normal (or Gauss curve). The function NORMDIST(x; mean; stdev;true) gives me the pourcent. What is the function that gives me x when I want to select 95% of my population.

Why when a try to sum a number of time entries on a spreadsheet who's total should be around 192 (worked hours per month) does the total appear as 00:00. This is despite uning the [hh]:mm format, timesing the whole by 24 and numerous other 'ideas'
