Is there any way to create a speed button to wrap / unwrap text in Excel
without having to go through - Format Cells, Alignment Tab, Wrat Text?

these imported values are positive so I have to change them to negative

I have just had my computer updated. A spreadsheet that I regularily use, but
i supplied to me by other people not longer works.  The probelsm seem to be
coming from 2 function2 HPVAL & HPLNK.  Examples of their useage are:
=HPLNK(-'EARC Input'!C39*1000,$A7,D$1,D$4,D$2,D$3,D$5)

Does anyone know how to use offset for specific value? such as
Under column A, there is a list of value.
Under column B, there is a list of value.

I have three columns. In the three columns there are positive and negative
values. How do i sum across only positve values??

I need the following number to look as follows:
Is:         A1 D01-3
Want:    A01 D01-3
I need to add a zero after the A to 3000 entries without changing the rest.

I am trying to get a cell to do this:
Look at cell B7, if B7 has a vlaue of greater than or equal to 0, return a
value of 4 to cell Z4, if cell B7 is empty return a value of 0 to cell Z4....

Can this formula be modify below to work with number & Text values?
Because in column A has mix numbers and Texts and I like it to return
