In my spreadsheet I have an input table. I want to count the number of trucks leaving each city on a certain day. Then in addition, ideally for one city I want to know how many loads are heavier that 15MT. The other cities don't have heavy loads.

How to copy from Excel 2003 spreadsheet to MS Outlook html email as pure text and not as Excel object? There isn't Paste special available and often mail recipients who don't have Excel installed don't see this "object" correctly.

Sheet 1 has an X column that has dates. It also has column BD that has a "Yes" or "No" entered in it. The cell range is from 2-221. On sheet 2, I want to count the number of "no" entries in BD for only the records where the date in X is greater than 1/1/2006.
