I have street addresses in 1 column - I want to seperate into 2 columns the first being the number and the second being the street name. I'm using the function MID but I have to keep changing when amount of numbers difer. Must be a better way.

Excel provides functions to calculate a variety of numbers for mortgages (when they have a monthly compounding interest rate) but I cannot find functions to generate those numbers when the quoted annual rate is compounded on a semi annual basis.

In a spreadsheet, we want one field in a row to turn grey if a date is entered into another field along that column, otherwise it retains the colour it started with. Any ideas?

How can I prevent 3 tabs of a 6 tab workbook from being printed automatically if someone clicks on print workbook - they are refernece tabs only which shoudl never be printed. Thanks
