I am in India.  And the usual method when working with 'money' figures we use
comma as the separator for thousands.  Example of such separation is
76,54,321.  However, all that I am able to do is in this format 7,654,321.

Ok I am having problem with Excel IF Function.
Here is the problem.

In column Y I have a row of numbers.
I need to change them so that the cells which are 0 stay the same , and
cells with numbers greater than 0 in them are replaced with the word
'Active' .

Let's say I have a bunch of names, such as:
