I am in India. And the usual method when working with 'money' figures we use comma as the separator for thousands. Example of such separation is 76,54,321. However, all that I am able to do is in this format 7,654,321. How do I default the settings for use in Indian way?

Essentially, I want to date and timestamp an entry in a spreadsheet. So, I want to copy the date and time from the @now() function as a value only. That is, they won't change for a specific entry the next time I use the spreadsheeet and make an entry.
