I need a formula that would subtract 200,000 from a cell and if the result is
a minus, zero would be put in the cell.
I also need a formula that check coulme a, b, c, d and if a could exists it
subtracts an amount from column f

I have the following formula that I need to add a step too:

hi..im need 2 add 2 option buttons..  i have 2 cells that are for placeing a
persons name ( to eliminate and error due to misspelling of a name)..i want

My cal mode is set to manual at start, so in code I use sendkeys
"{F9}",True, to force formula to calculate, but it failed until I press F9, I
also use "%^F9", neither work.Could you help me to fingure it out?

I'm having a little trouble figuring out how to total some values. The basis
of the worksheet is that I have different sections that each have a tota
valuel but then I want to find the overall total of all the sections' totals.

Is there a 255 character limit in pivot table cells?  I have text in some of
the fields and these are being truncated at 255 characters.   CAn this limit
be increased by formatting the pivot table to Text, or General, or Custom?

I have this problem. I want to write a formula in award column, so that the
"Y" only appears on the first occurance of when user ID have Y in Data, no

Dates in a column are formatted thus: 18/06/2007.
How can I adapt the COUNTIF formula to look at these dates (going back to
1986) and report back on the year part?
