I'm using VLOOKUP to look up a value on another worksheet. The lookup works fine when I use a constant for the sheet name but I get 'The Formula You Typed Contains an Error' message when I try to pull the sheet name from a cell on the current worksheet.

I have a worksheet in which I transfer stock from sheet to sheet.To create a new sheet I simply copy the last one and change date. My formula is f/example c2 of the current =f2 of the one before. How can I copy this directly without having to update each time.
