I am using a COUNTIF formula to pick up the number of inputted data in cells for example AL, HAL, TO, PD etc which works a treat. Is there a way I can input two text items in one cell...say AL and TO for the COUNTIF formula to still pick up the correct data or do I need to rework ...

I know that I can show the work in a formula by simply using a &. Example, with A1 =2 and A2 =3, I type =A1+A2 in a cell This can be converted to the cells values by entering =A1&"+"&A2. This will return 2+3 in the cell. My question. Is there a shortcut to accomplish this?

I am using this formula =AVERAGE(IF(K8:K964<>0, K8:K964,"")) to average all the numbers in a column. It has been working fine until the other day. Now all I get is #VALUE. What could be the problem?

When working in excel using subtotals my original subtotals appear inside my nested subtotals, but they should be a summary of the nested ones, not included in the nested. Anyone help me with this? Is it a setting issue or what?
