Conditional Formula w/Date=Where did I go wrong?10 Jul 2007 20:02 GMT13
This seemed simple.  I need to determine if a date is in the fiscal year, and
if so, show data in a seperate column.  (i.e. if a date in column a is
between x and y, show the amount in column b in column c, or if no, show
nothing)

When copying & pasting dates in a few of my worksheets, they change to one
day and four years backwards, ie: 07/15/1979 changes to 07/14/1975.
Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?
Thank you,

1st need:  Shading every other row.  I have this figured out.
2nd Need: (this is where problems begin) I need to CF so that the date
in the cell becomes red if it is 320 days old.  I am using
"cell value is, less than, =TODAY()-320"
