I use VLOOKUP from different WORKBOOKS to my report. when I insert or delete rows in my report, then all my formulas get scrambled (#REF ) . Is there anyway that I can do to prevent it from happening? Please help- THANKS

I need a formula that, once locked, the cells in Column A will only accept uppercase B's or S's and nothing else (no other letters, numbers, characters, etc.). HELP!?

I have a spreadsheet with comments entered in several cells. On my computer I can add, delete, edit the comments. On the boss' spreadsheet, she can add a comment but cannot edit existing comments in any way. Plus, when a comment is opened on her spreadsheet, it stays visible ...

This seemed simple. I need to determine if a date is in the fiscal year, and if so, show data in a seperate column. (i.e. if a date in column a is between x and y, show the amount in column b in column c, or if no, show nothing)

I have a range of data in A2:G30. The cells in range A2:A30 have either 'yes' or 'no' as text in the cells. The cells in range D2:D30 have either 'David', 'Andrew', 'Charles' or 'John' as text in cells.

When copying & pasting dates in a few of my worksheets, they change to one day and four years backwards, ie: 07/15/1979 changes to 07/14/1975. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? Thank you,
