I have a spreadsheet with that I recorded a macro to copy several adjacent cell data from the row above it, however, if I try re-using that macro it uses the cell numbers in the original macro and not the new row I am working on.

How do I create a macro which does the following: For each line I highlight insert an new line. then copies the info from a specific cell below to the new line. Then use the same macro for different rows?

As the title already suggests we are having problems implementing the function below. Have tried it in Excel 2002 and Excel 2003 but always receive an error ("The formula you typed contains an error) when pasting the formula into a cell.

i have data in a column that looks like this - mar06-may07. i want to use "text to column' and separate the two dates. i have formatted both columns as text so it won't 'interpret' Mar06 as 3-Mar or may07 as 7-may. BUT it won't stop formatting

Excel 2007 I have multiple conditional formatting schemes set up for worksheet. When I paste new data into the sheet, how do I apply the formatting? It disappears when I paste and the only way I can apply it is to re-select the ranges.
