Is there a formula to hide or display a row/column based on the value of
another cell?

Is there any way to integrate the "Find" Dialogue box right into the
Excel file such that it is always visible?
I want users to be able to find a file based on a key word entry (much
like they would do with ctrl + F).

I have a group of building that equal 911,815 Gross Square footage
Each building has a set gross square footage, one is 115,325 GSF
How do I figure what percentage of the total gsf  each of the building

I need to create a FORM that prints data rather than enters data - odd I
know.  The forms are certificates required by regulation.  So, data is
entered into a table and then merged into a FORM that is printed on the print
command.
