I would like to rank a group based on two Criteria, and i can't figure it
out.  I've got a list of 10 teams and I want to rank them based first on
winning % then by total points earned.  Here is an exaple of the dataset:

Ok, followed this in an Excel2003 workbook, and got ALMOST there. I was able
to get the reverse returned, but then adding the *1 returned a #VALUE! error.

numbers. Now Excel is good at this as long as the indexes are simple.
But I can't figure out how to do Laspeyres, Paasche and Fisher indexes using
Excel. Any Ideas?
