I wanted to know how can I make use of a list thats in another sheet
(sheet3) to validate a cell(in sheet 1).
I'm trying to make a drop down list with some options but if ome one else

by using functions" returns #VALUE!  Why?  Currently using Excel 2002 with

Within a pivot table, how can I calculate a VARIANCE between 2 columns,
rather than the default "Grand Total" as shown below (i.e., I need to see a
